IMPORTANT NOTICE

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns.

RIGHT TO RETURN

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt if you are not satisfied with your order.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at Aroha Christchurch. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS

For a return to be accepted, it must meet the following requirements:

  1. Condition of the item:
  • Complete with all accessories
  • In original packaging
  • No signs of excessive wear
  • Only normal wear from trying on is acceptable
  1. Hygiene exceptions:
  • Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  1. Defective items:
  • If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately
  1. Processing:
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days
  • Returns with damage or signs of use may be refused

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER – STEP BY STEP

Step 1: Contact us
Send an email to: support@arohachristchurch.com

Step 2: Provide the following information

  • ✓ Order number
  • ✓ Reason for return
  • ✓ Photos of the item (if defective)
  • ✓ Your full name
  • ✓ Your address

Step 3: Wait for instructions
We will send you the correct warehouse address for the return. DO NOT send the item back to the sender's address!

Step 4: Send the package

  • Shipping costs: from €20 (paid by the customer)
  • We recommend tracked shipping
  • Once sent, please share the tracking number with us for faster processing

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

You have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Important conditions:

  • The period begins on the day you or a third party receive the last item
  • Orders are processed automatically — cancellation is only possible after delivery
  • To withdraw, send us a clear written statement by email
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (from €20)
  • Items must be returned complete and securely packaged

REFUNDS

When you will receive your refund:

  • Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice

Method of refund:

  • Using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase
  • No processing fees

What we will refund:

  • ✓ The price of the item
  • ✓ Standard delivery costs
  • ✗ Additional costs for express or special delivery

SPECIAL SITUATIONS

Alternative to return – partial refund
As an alternative to sending the item back, we offer the option to keep the product and receive a partial refund.

Uncollected or refused parcels
If you refuse to accept the package or fail to collect it, you are not entitled to any refund.

Parcels in transit from Asia

  • Our goods are shipped from Asia — delivery times may be longer
  • If you decide to withdraw while the item is in transit, you must wait for delivery
  • Order cancellation during transit is not possible
  • Once delivered, please return the item following the standard process

Return address
ALL RETURNS must be sent at the customer's expense to our central warehouse in Asia. (The exact address will be provided after contacting customer service)
